Volunteer

If you would like to volunteer on our campus, please sign up on the ResponsiveEd website. Volunteer applications will remain active for one year from the application date. A volunteer must reapply each year in order to be considered for volunteer approval. Please Note: all parents/guardians involved in Classical Academy Permian Basin Parent Teacher Organization (CAPBPTO) are required to complete the volunteer application annually.

The directions to apply as a volunteer are as follows:

Go to the ResponsiveEd website.
Search for "Volunteer" in the job listings.
Find "VOLUNTEER Application - For All Campuses 2023-2024".
Click “Apply" located on the right side of the page.
Select "Apply for this Position" in the top right corner.
Set up a new account, or sign in if you already have an existing account.
Fill out the application.

ResponsiveEd encourages volunteer involvement:

ResponsiveEd Policy requires that every volunteer undergo a background check before being allowed to being involved on-site.

All volunteers should allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
To verify that you have been included in the Volunteer Data Bank please contact your child’s campus, or simply log back in to your ResponsiveEd account to check the status.

By completing an application online, you are also agreeing with an electronic signature to having us request a background check. The school district pays for the actual background check; Campus Directors will have access to the “real time” volunteer list.
